We began our journey for a new patio with enormous excitement and a feeling of comfort after speaking with the designer and owner of Miller Fence and Patio in April 2023. During the build, items start popping up that seemed minor but looking back now in Sept 2023, those should have been red flags. The pitch of our gabled patio doesn’t align with the project plans. We have leaks from our patio and damage to our pergola that have yet to be repaired by Miller. They have refused to communicate with me, blocked my honest reviews from Google and Facebook.
